We utilize a third-party merchant services payment processor to process your credit card information. We only transmit the information required to complete the transaction, such as credit card number and identifying information for security purposes, to the merchant processor. From time to time, we may share additional information with the merchant processor to better serve you. We make every effort possible on our end that this information is transmitted securely to the merchant processor. However, we cannot control the cyber security of your individual machine. You should always use caution when transmitting sensitive information. We do not recommend using public computers or devices to transmit information to or utilize the Services. We do not accept liability for individual breaches of privacy resulting from your use of non-security devices.

You may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change or update that information, or delete it in some circumstances. 15. GOVERNING LAW

 

By using the Services, you agree that the United States Federal Arbitration Act, applicable United States federal law, and the law of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its principles on conflicts of laws, will govern this Privacy Policy, Subscriber use of the Site and the Services, and any dispute of any sort that might arise between Subscriber and the Company. All disputes will be handled in a matter consistent with United States federal law by the American Arbitration Association.
